Place Selenite n your altar or somewhere in your home that needs protection. Light the end of the smudge stick until it smoulders and releases the fragrant smoke. Gently blow out any flames and wave your stick around your space or objects. Focus on working anti-clockwise paying attention to heavy energy areas, doorways and corners. Once finished extinguish in a fireproof dish.
